Can be played with two, but the more the better – same rules as normal volleyball apply.
Get yourself a net (badminton kits are quite cheap and the nets are just about right) and use a parasol or swingball base across the width of the pool to stretch the net across.
Make sure you change ends and remember to use a thick piece of chalk to mark the lines on the water!
